Welcome back! The plot has finally started to kick in!

The week at school was more or less uneventful. Christy made a few more friends, but they lived several miles away. Trish said she would come see her over the weekend.

True to her word, Trish showed up at her door at 9am. Saturday morning.

“Time to see Potter’s stream, it’s located in the field behind the school.” Trish announced to Christy upon her opening her door.

After receiving permission from her Mom they went off to the stream. It was beautiful. The field was full of wild flowers and Potter’s stream had rocks that looked silver and gold.

As Christy and Trish looked at the pretty scenery they talked about everything. “It’s like we have known each other forever!” Trish said to Christy. “I know it is weird!” said Christy. They laughed together for a minute.

When they stopped they heard a little giggle. “What was that!” they both said at the same time.

Sitting on the edge of the stream was a very tiny person with wings!

Christy and Trish gasped. “Hee Hee hee,” chirped the little person. “Don’t be afraid.” she said.

“Who?” asked Christy. “How?” exclaimed Trish.

“My name is Natalie.” she said, “I am a fairy!”

Christy and Trish looked shocked and happy at their new discovery. The little fairy was dressed in a pretty red dress, and red shoes. She wore red bows in her brown curly hair. Her winds were red and she had a blue necklace around her neck. In her hand was a red magic wand.

I love how the flowers by the stream are not present in the first picture.
