My Plans for My Warriors Cats Fanfiction

Like I said originally, I never finished the second book of this series, but I did start it and get relatively far in it.

Rise of the Forest referred to the last one of the main cast that I didn't talk about in my last post: Forestfern.

In the first book, Forestfern dreamed of being Clan leader--it was all she ever wanted. In the second book, she gets the promotion to deputy, despite being extremely young and not doing anything that proved her worth. She only got the promotion because I Said So.

I planned for my Clan leader Morningstar to lose her last life at the end of the book, meaning that Forestfern would get her nine lives either at the end of the book or the beginning of the third.

I also had an idea for a super edition called Morningstar's Guilt. I opened it with a prologue that featured the attack where Morningstar lost her ninth life, but I didn't write anything more than that. I think I planned to go over Morningstar's entire life, but I don't know what the guilt referred to.

I planned out stuff to happen later in the series, but only a few events, and I didn't even have an outline for the other four books.

One major drawback was that I refused to deviate from the outline. Some stuff I planned out, but when I reached them they no longer made sense. I didn't care, though, because I kept writing them in, leading to some very contrived storytelling.
