Character Introduction: Gabriel Medina

Today, we have Gabriel "Gills" Medina:

Gabriel is an honest and loyal teen who has the upmost respect and trust in authority. He's excellent at bringing people together for a common goal with clear advice and guidelines he expects everyone to adhere to. As a terrakinetic, he enjoys the hard labor that comes with the powerset, having a job as a construction worker from a young age. He is constantly aware of all that is going on around him, and will not hesitate to show his wrath if he notices someone is going off-task during something important. His opinions are strong, and his will to hold onto them are stronger, and his stubbornness is equally matched. He must be proven completely wrong in an objective manner in order to change his mind. He's very dedicated, and will not stop until a task is complete--he will not stop because it's hard, and can easily be relied on to fulfill his duty. He gets uncomfortable when things are unpredictable, stressed when he doesn't know what to do. However, he's very good at always being on-task and is almost never bored because of it. He's very good at organizing, surprisingly easy-going, is extremely ambitious and focused, and is not afraid of conflict whatsoever.

Gabriel was a character who I planned on giving more to do when I started Draft Four, but I ended up not giving him that, much to my regret. Then, he was Luis, but I changed his name because I had way too many characters (four) with four-letter L-names, so I changed his to Gabriel. He also used to have invisibility, but when I added terrakinesis into my world, I decided it fit him extremely well. I also gave Gabriel a really fun arc that I can't wait to get to later in the series, and I can't wait to do more with his character.
